Service Policy


If customer cancels any task after the technician arrives at the customer’s place or after inspection customer doesn’t want to take the service anymore TK 200 should be paid to the technician for conveyance.

If customer wants to cancel or reschedule any task then they will have to inform minimum 3 hours before the scheduled time.

Service prices shown are estimated and sometimes may vary depending on work scope.

All the technicians are verified by the police and experienced.

Cleaning materials and equipment will be provided by the technicians. In case of AC servicing only service charge will be included not for new parts and transportation costs for carrying the new parts.

Customers should be liable for their own properties but in few cases when damages caused by the technician a ThatQuick representative will inspect the matter and after a thorough inspection ThatQuick will fix the issue.

No supervision will be provided by ThatQuick. In case of Pack & Shift, Painting service a representative from ThatQuick will supervise the ongoing task.

If customer isn’t satisfied with the service or has any complaints they will have to inform within 24 hours. After 24 hours of completion of the service ThatQuick will not be responsible for the taken service anymore .

If ThatQuick is unable to provide the service on time due to technician unavailability then our Customer Service representative will inform the customer and reschedule the service 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

After the service completion the customer can pay via bkash or a ThatQuick representative will collect the bill from the customer on customer’s given time. In case of on demand service the customer can pay by cash on delivery. After the payment is made customer will receive a text containing money receipt.

Minimum charge is 200 BDT

Service time will very much depend on the complexity of task.

Painting, Pack & Shift, Home Appliances and other electric services must need inspection before the service and inspection charge TK 200 should be paid if the service is not taken after the inspection and sending quotation.
